Return and Refund Policy

1. Service Refunds

  • Service charges are non-refundable once the repair job is initiated.

  • If repair is not possible or part is unavailable, full refund is provided.

2. Part Replacement

  • Only genuine parts are used; refunds are not issued once a part is installed.

  • Faulty parts (if any) will be replaced under warranty terms.

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations are allowed before the repair job is started.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Pickup & Drop Refund

No refund is provided for logistics or pickup/drop service once availed.
